From October 1 the customers of "RCV - 91263" can use a new service - SMS notification
as part of TAXINAVIGATOR. The service works with subscribers of all mobile operators in Bulgaria.
Using the new asset, the management team of RCV hopes to reduce the time of servicing customers and
to releive the work in the order center.

From August 1 started implementing TaxiNavigator-GPS in one of the most popular Plovdiv taxi companies - "INTER TAXI- 9199".
For obvious reasons, until recently known as the "RADIO INTER TAXI" company removed the word "radio" from its logo.
The new system eliminates the need for radio communications. It is expected that by the end of next month 100 of the company's taxis to be equipped
with 7" tablets.

Sofia company "RADIO CV TAXI 1263" with a new GPS System.

"Alpha Electronic Systems LTD" has developed and implemented "RADIO CV TAXI 1263" with a new GPS System.
Each taxi has a tablet with internet access. Through tablets, taxis receive client addresses,
route to the address,constant connection to PBX, broadcast commercials for passengers and a map
with the other taxis from the company located in Sofia.
Till 01.03.2012 over 500 taxis from "RADIO CV TAXI 1263" are part of the system.

"Alpha Electronic Systems Ltd" developed and implemented a website for online orders in "Radio CV Taxi - 91263".
The site is integrated with TAXINAVIGATOR and offers a new and convenient way to order a taxi.
The system allows entering the address fom the map and shows the customer order status in real time,
including time tracking until the arrival of the taxi. Additionally the customer is given the opportunity
to leave a comment, complaint, suggestion or information of lost property to the respective taxi.
